我們每天的工作，分成四類：

Important and Urgent (DO)
毋須多說，每天首先要處理的事。
Important and Not Urgent (DECIDE/SCHEDULE)
Not Important but Urgent (DELEGATE)
例如每天為了應付響過不停的電話、覆之不盡的電郵、沒完沒了的會議，整天時間花光！大部份的窮忙族都是被這些事情所淹沒，不但時間耗盡，就連精神都透支，回家只會煲肥皂劇，沒有心力做真正重要的事。
Not Important and Not Urgent (DELETE)
例如下班之後，花很多時間在玩樂、打機、應酬上，唔係話唔玩，平日工作忙碌，壓力大，始終都需要有 Balance 的生活，只是要選擇，要控制時間而已。

重要紧急矩阵中，做事的顺序是这样的：1.重要且紧急 > 2.重要不紧急 > 3.不重要但紧急 > 4.不重要且不紧急。
实现行为价值的需求通常是 PD 提出的，都比较紧急，但并不总是特别重要；架构价值的工作内容，通常是开发同学提出的，都很重要但基本不是很紧急，短期内不做也死不了。
所以行为价值的事情落在 1 和 3（重要且紧急、不重要但紧急），而架构价值落在 2（重要不紧急）。我们开发同学，在低头敲代码之前，一定要把杂糅在一起的 1 和 3 分开，把我们架构工作插进去。
